What is VGA

The term VGA stands for video graphic arrays. A VGA is a standard connection to make the video graphics on a monitor or a projector visible. A VGA is an important cable that is compatible today with all the computers. A VGA cable is used to connect your computer to the monitor of the computer so that you can receive the signals in the form of a picture.
It is connected at the back of the computer, where there is a plug for this purpose. A VGA cable contains a screw on both the sides of the plug. What you have to do is to match the plug to be mounted to the matching plug on the computer. You have to look for the pattern of the holes on the pin. Take a lot of care while plugging in as the pins are very soft and can be damaged easily. Normally there are 14 pins in interior of the round plug pin.
Depending on the set up of the system, there may be some pins that are missing. If there are no video drivers attached to your personal computer, a VGA can prove to be a good support for the said objective. There is a color palette in the VGA that enhances the quality of the graphics. There were only 16 colors in the palette for video graphics initially, but now they are compatible enough to make contrasts and give new hues and shades to the graphics. A VGA is a good choice for an improved quality of video graphics.
